Starting a new business is definitely not for the "weak of heart". The 14-16 hour days have been at times a little challenging.

I've wanted to do this for years. I'm so thankful that B is such a good sport! I couldn't do it without him and his encouragement. 


Looking forward to a couple of not so crazy weeks coming up soon (unless we get swamped with custom orders - which would be awesome!). Lots to blog about, pictures to post...

It's not you...it's me.

I promised I haven't given up on my blog. It's been one of the many things that I've neglected over the past couple of months. My life is going 90 miles an hour right now. It's definitely not a bad thing but I feel like months are flying by. I cannot believe it's the middle of April. I'm going to look up and it will be time to decorate for Christmas again.


I love watching my little business grow. Things From a Cloud is doing well. TFAC is definitely the only "baby" we are focusing on right now. I have dreamed of this for a long time. It's so exciting getting to do something that is mine. However, anyone who thinks having your own business is easy is very mistaken. This is the hardest work/job I've ever done. B & I are still in the very early stages of getting it going. We are working on getting our name out there and developing our products. In two weeks we will have a booth at CityFest. I am nervous, exhausted and excited all at the same time. I hope that all of our Auburn friends will come and check out our little store. I would love for all of my lovely blog friends to check out our Etsy store & "like" our TFAC facebook page. I am going to be doing some fun giveaways very soon!


I have a lot to blog about but not enough time to make it happen. I will share some photos from a few weekends ago when my sister came to visit!
